Morning Meditation

Wellness 360 Logo

This September and October, The Happy Hour will be in the Howe Garden to teach meditation practices that help you turn inwards as you transition into the Fall season. These practices will focus on stress reduction through meditation and introspective self-reflection prompts. All sessions will help you slow down physically and mentally and will provide you with tools to help keep you grounded throughout the busy Fall and beyond. All of the meditations will be guided, so this is open to all, whether you are new to meditation or seeking to deepen your practice.

Classes will be held in the Howe Garden weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, a Cheekwood representative will notify participants of class cancellation and refund, rescheduling options, or new location through the registration email provided. Bring a yoga mat or blanket and wear comfortable clothes for the outdoors to optimize the overall experience. Class size is limited to 12 participants.
